To initiate new ideas in the agricultural field, facilitate, coordinate, to implement an integrated rural and agricultural development program because it’s a base of social empowerment. SEARCH FOUNDATION aims to impart a technical education in Healthcare, educational and Agriculture and related areas. The Center creates, integrates, & shares knowledge to meet the objectives and “GOAL”.

Our Story
Who we are
Search Foundation aims to help every child learn well. From 2002 to 2019, nineteen years, we have been guided by our mission – Every Child in School & Learning Well. To work towards this goal, we develop and implement innovative, high impact, low cost and scalable programs to address significant gaps in India’s education system. For the last seventeen years, we have also been working with youth with the goal of enabling every young person to reach their potential. Beginning in Chandrapur Districts in 2002, we work has evolved considerably over time across age groups and contexts.
Our vocational training programs cater to underprivileged youth and prepare them for entry-level jobs in the organized sector. We also work with vulnerable children to bring them into the education and safety net. The fact that Search Foundation approach is now being adapted to a variety of international contexts with similar learning challenges is a testament to the efficacy of our interventions. Overall, the different strands of Search Foundation work come together to transform individuals and communities, schools and systems. It is our conviction that when schools and communities support children and families, children learn well and thrive.
